The workshops are designed progressively – from simple to more complex – to give participants the opportunity to learn and experiment step by step with wool felting.
We start by focusing on needle felting to create basic shapes: little ears, balls, curved lines – such as the outline of a lemon.
In the wet felting stage, participants learn how wool reacts when in contact with warm water and soap, how its texture changes, and how to shape and stabilize a form through the drying technique.
✂️ Each workshop ends with a handmade object (easy to medium difficulty) that the child takes home – a creative and educational experience.
📱 The final workshop – creating a phone case – is the most challenging, requiring more focus, a greater amount of materials, and a longer drying time. It’s a highly rewarding activity, but it also calls for patience and attention.
